The OMS^®   TESSERACT™ is a revolutionary CCR rebreather that allows the diver to explore more efficiently and safely with up to 6-10 hrs. of total breathing time! Specifications and Features

• Can be flown: Fully closed circuit automatically or manually, or semi closed.
• Solenoids, batteries and electronics are separate from breathing loop and enclosed in sealed compartments.
• Radial Flow Easy Pack Scrubber: holds 7 lbs. CO2 absorbent.
• Electronics automatically activate on entering water. On/Off can be overridden by the diver if required.
• 4 Oxygen Sensors with robust voting logic.
• Computer driven HUD with LED’s that display the PPO2 reading and system warnings.
• Handset digitally displays the four oxygen sensors voted PPO2 readout on an LCD screen (No Battery Required) with sensor and battery warnings.
• Dual Solenoid Design: (O2 and Diluent) Allows for robust control of both Low and High side PP02.
• Oxygen injection is via an accumulator-valve-accumulator design (AVA) and is located prior to the scrubber and sensors. This allows for proper gas mixing prior to measurement by the controller.
• This AVA design delivers the safety of a solenoid with the smooth delivery of a mass flow system.
• Diluent Solenoid is used to automatically prevent PPO2 overshoots above 1.7ata PPO2 and to manually dry condensation off oxygen sensors (colder climates) or manual PPO2 reality check.
• Set Point (At Depth): Pre-Dive Set with manual override permits a higher PPO2 for Deco.
• Set Point (Surface to 17ftsw): Automatic switching to 0.7atm PPO2. Manual override permitted.
• Battery types: Two 9v lithium Ion rechargeable batteries located internally in head (fully redundant).
• Electronics port for serial output of voted PPO2 reading from the controller for use with the OMS^® DCAP-X Trimix Computer Over-the-shoulder style counter lungs equipped with water dumps
• Separate inlet and outlet ports on the counter lungs allow for proper water trapping.
• (OPV) Over Pressure Valve located on the divers exhale counter lung (left)
• (ADV) Automatic Diluent Valve located on divers’ inhalation hose at counter lung elbow (right). This allows the diver to breathe diluent directly if needed.
• Arrangement of OPV and ADV allows for easy right arm crossing full loop dump.
• Components are made from dimensionally stable non-off-gassing, glass filled urethane/nylon.
• Steel 20 cu. ft. @ 2640 psi cylinders are standard with optional cylinders available
